Evacuation Best Practices

Evacuation is critical to ensure the reliability of any Air Conditioning & Refrigeration System. Using Evacuation Best Practices will save you time and cut down on call backs.

Who Should Attend?

Owners, Estimators, Salespeople, Service Managers, Installation Crews, and Service Techs.

This class will cover topics such as:

  • When and why is it important to change your vacuum pump oil (do you have a procedure for testing oil quality?)
  • Which Core Tool Remover should I use (is your designed for evacuation purposes with multiport connection or just for charging and removing cores?)
  • How to properly use a Micron Gauge (why doesn’t my micron gauge reading stay steady when I turn off my vacuum pump?)
  • The importance of choosing the proper hoses for evacuation (what makes a vacuum hose different from a charging hose?)

This class will be presented by David Waugh, Vice President of Target Sales.

RSVP for the Lunch & Learn will be on RACCA’s Website www.racca-florida.org. You will be asked for payment in the form of a credit card. RSVP will be taken up 5:00 PM November 7th. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are taken up to November 7th by noon. Cancellations after this date & no-shows are charged for the Lunch & Learn.
