Lunch and Learn – Customer Service and Relations

Who Should Attend?

This class is intended for all employees up to and including Managers and Owners.

This class will cover topics such as:

  • Getting new customers?…..What about keeping the ones you already have?
  • Five forbidden phrases…..what not to say.
  • Managing the “moments of truth”.
  • Dealing with angry customers and what about the complaints you never knew about?
  • What customers expect….. the hidden cost of indifference.

What does your employee’s appearance, trucks, paperwork and attitude tell the customer about your company? The class will be presented by Keane Bismarck.

RSVP for the Lunch & Learn will be on RACCA’s Website www.racca-florida.org. You will be asked for payment in the form of a credit card. RSVP will be taken til 5:00 PM Jan. 16th. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are taken up to Jan. 16th by noon. Cancellations after this date & no-shows are charged for the Lunch & Learn.
