This class is intended for Owners, Executives, Managers & Associate Members.

• Currently, if you belong to RACCA…..part of your RACCA dues go to FRACCA which currently has RSA Consulting Group under contract to be FRACCA eyes, ears and voice concerning legislation that effects the HVACR Market.
• HB 1203 Registration and Transfer of HVAC Warranties was passed…..this bill provides that regardless of ownership, manufacturers warranty runs with the property.
• HB 0089 Building Construction was passed……. this bill prohibits a local government from making substantive changes to plans after a permit has been issued unless such changes are required under the Building Code or Fire Prevention Code.
• The bills above provide an effective date of July 1, 2023.
