Tired of the generic “one size fits all” approach to evaluating people? Don’t feel comfortable critiquing an employee’s performance? Concerned that your current system isn’t working or you have no system at all?
Course Goal:
To help Managers and Supervisors develop their own specific employee evaluation systems that are unique to their requirements and Firm’s needs.
Participants will learn how easy it is to customize a system that is comfortable for both the employee and the evaluator.
This course will cover topics such as:
- Why evaluations are necessary
- Types of evaluations
- Evaluation development
- Communicating the results
